Allegations of being racist, even getting direct mailers in their mailbox, is not on par with the consequences of actual racism.”

Tucker Carlson: “In other words, if you’re falsely accused of racism and you don’t like it, that’s evidence you’re racist, especially if you’re a janitor.”

I don’t agree with Tucker Carlson on much, but he nails this one. What an embarrassingly asinine statement from the ACLU lawyer.

But I’d take this a step further. To the ACLU lawyer: the cafeteria worker has in fact suffered the “consequences of actual racism” on the part of your client (and Smith College). Think about it, counselor. Would the ACLU take on the cafeteria worker’s case?
