In December I filed a federal lawsuit against Smith College, an elite, multi-billion dollar endowed institution. I am fighting Smith’s regressive racial ideology, one that hurts staff and students of all colors.

I am fighting not only for myself, but for the many people across this country with stories similar to my own; people who are trapped in hostile situations in which they are forced to compromise their civil liberties or engage in violating the civil liberties of others as a continued condition of their employment.
